Add COROS Activities to FitKeep
FitKeep can import your COROS activities automatically once you connect your COROS account. If you prefer, or want your full history, you can also upload a bulk export from COROS by hand.
Connect COROS
- Open Settings, then Integrations
- Next to COROS, choose Connect. If more than one COROS region is offered, pick the region of your COROS account first
- Sign in to COROS and allow FitKeep access to your activities
After that, new activities appear in FitKeep by themselves. FitKeep checks COROS once a day, and again shortly after you visit FitKeep, so a run you just finished may take a little while to show up. It imports every sport, and FitKeep skips activities it already has.
The first time you connect, FitKeep brings in your last 30 days, newest first. COROS limits how many files can be downloaded a day, so a busy month is spread over a few days rather than arriving at once.
If COROS stops accepting FitKeep’s access (for example after you change your COROS password or revoke access), Settings shows a notice with a Connect again button. Disconnecting in Settings also removes FitKeep’s access at COROS.
Import your full history by hand
Automatic import covers recent activities. To bring in older ones, request a bulk export from COROS and upload it.
Step 1: Request a bulk data export from COROS
COROS lets you download all of your activity data as a ZIP file containing FIT files.
Follow COROS’s official guide: Requesting a Bulk Export of COROS Data
The export may take a few minutes to prepare. COROS will notify you when it is ready to download.
Step 2: Upload the FIT files to FitKeep
Once you have the ZIP file:
- Go to the Upload page in FitKeep
- Drop the ZIP file directly onto the upload area — FitKeep will extract and import all FIT files inside it
- FitKeep processes the activities in the background. A large export can take a while, and you can leave the page in the meantime
You do not need to unzip the file first. FitKeep handles that automatically.
Keeping your history up to date
With COROS connected, you do not need to repeat the export. FitKeep skips duplicates, so uploading activities that are already in your account is always safe.
